Founder & Principal

I’m Jeff Midland. For fifteen years I sold and built talent program for Meta, Google, and Fortune 500 tech companies as their primary staffing partner, generating over $100M in revenue. Eight of those years went to building a global security talent program for one of the world’s largest tech companies, from the first req.

That work was done from the vendor side, sitting across the table from talent leaders who were buying. I know what a real evaluation looks like, and I know what a pitch looks like. Since then I’ve built and run my automated recruiting systems, tested a wide range of HR tech tools firsthand, and spent a year building AI workflows for my own business. I also host a podcast on AI and Future of Work, where I talk to practitioners, founders, and operators about what’s actually changing in hiring and where it’s headed next. Between running that show and building my own systems, I stay closely tuned into where this space is actually moving, not just where the headlines say it is.
