Before You Buy More AI Tools,  Find Out What’s Actually Broken

I’m Jeff Midland. Fifteen years building and selling, and designing talent programs for customers such as Meta, Google, and a range of Fortune 500 companies – now I run that diagnosis on your hiring business.

Right now, the focus is diagnosis. I find the problem, then tell you what to fix first.

Diagnose

I audit your hiring pipeline, from requisition intake through offer, the same way I used to run it. Where reqs sit, where candidates stall, where good people get buried.

Prioritize

You get a ranked list of what to fix first. What to automate, what to buy, what to leave alone, and what to stop doing directly.

Hand Off

Implementation runs through vetted partners, wo what you get from me is an honest recommendation, not a pitch for services I’d sell you myself.

The Audit

Most hiring problems aren’t where people think they are. I walk your full requisition lifecycle, approval, calibration, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, and score each stage against what good actually looks like. Usually the finding that matters most is the number you can’t answer.

The Scorecard

You get a one-page read on your pipeline and a prioritized list of the three things worth fixing now. Not a 100 page deck, a document you can act on.

Tools and Vendors

Part of the audit looks at what you already own and whether you’re using it. Sometimes the fix is a new tool. More often it’s the tool you already pay for, used properly. If you run contract or contingent labor, I offer a deeper look at whether those vendors are priced right and moving fast enough.

Find out where your pipeline is leaking.
